  • Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

    • We stand by our products and our customer service. We want every Willow Creek Customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase and that hope is reflected in our return policy.
    • We offer a return window of 14 days from date of receipt.
    • You can cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. 
    • If your order is being shipped to a remote location (such as an island with ferry access or heavily secluded or forested areas), please contact us at customerservice@willowcreekllc.com to ensure we are able to get your order out to you. Additional charges may incur to figure out the best method for delivery.
    • Once an order has been received, the customer will be responsible for a restocking fee of 10% of the original order price and a return shipping fee based on the invoice of the return freight which can be approximately 18% of your original order. the processing of your credit can take around 10 days.
    • If you placed your order with a credit card, your return will have the transaction fee (up to 2.8%) deducted from the returned credit.
    • Order must still be in its original pallet and packaging to initiate a return.
    • After receipt, the customer is responsible for the packing, palletization, and safe passage of the furniture for a return. The customer assumes responsibility for the safe transportation of returned merchandise. All items will be assessed for damages upon their return and the customer will be held responsible for their repair or replacement. Depending on the severity of any damage to the items, a refund request may be declined or voided.
    • If your order does not meet the conditions of the return policy, additional charges may incur.
    • Orders of cushion covers and/or foam inserts are not eligible for returns or exchanges
