Our cushions are made with all-weather UV-resistant 100% Sunbrella® solution-dyed fabric, assuring long-lasting enjoyment.
At Willow Creek Designs we manufacture our outdoor cushions to the highest standard of materials, construction and comfort. We are a full cut and sew factory and manufacture exclusively with Sunbrella fabric. Our cushion is cut with a automatic CNC fabric cutter. Each part is over locked to create a clean strong stitch. Each seat cushion is made with closed cell foam and wrapped with a pillow top dycron on 3 sides for ultimate comfort. Loose fill back cushion in a sewn ticking bag for containment. The filling allows for the client to be embraced into the material for lounging comfort. Machine stuffed and bagged for protection in transit.
Available with just the Sunbrella fabric or full replacement cushions with foam.
